Sankturinovsky House

Originally a gothic house, today a baroque reconstruction, was built as early as at the end of 13th century as a fortified tower construction of manufacturing nature. The building belongs to oldest in the town.

Cultural monument, which creates a closed complex of buildings from the turn of 13th and 14th centuries. From the beginning of 15th century, it was also a temporary seat of Czech kings, the king Wenceslas IV stayed here very often and, therefore, in 1400 he let build two storeys and chapel and, directly in the mint he let establish the royal palace.
